Welcome to the August installment of our Fleet's newsletter! This NL is not quite as exciting as the last one, but there's still some important news about which you should all be aware. Again, I'm not a fan of huge copy+paste NLs that always contain all the same junk with a few letters and numbers changed. As such, this NL will be short and sweet. As always, please email me with any questions or comments.

In RF news this month, I recently updated Redemption Fleet's Order of Battle. For those of you who are not aware, the Order of Battle is a complete listing of all our fleet's fictional capital ships. The OOB comes in handy when writing fiction for your division, and helps us all stay on the same page. Also, your CO would like to toss out a big congratulations to BGN Xtremegen, who won the Strategic & Tactical Command Galactic Battlegrounds tournament last month!

No new divisions this month, but keep the ideas coming!

As far as webpage updates, almost every page on the site has received some kind of update. The OOB has been updated on the General Info page, as indicated earlier. The index page and CO's office have both been updated to reflect my email address change. Finally, the XO's page has been changed to show who our XO is, but he hasn't updated his office yet. /me glares at Ben :P

There are no promotions at this time. I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you all that I only do promotion reviews for the RF Command Staff (XO, and all Division CO's). If you don't fall into one of those categories, you should be looking to your Division CO for any possible promotions, not I. :)

In search of a job? Rebel Squadrons Multimedia is looking for talented graphical and musical artists to fill its ranks! In addition to basic membership positions, RSM is looking for an XO and Second Officer. Please email Python at python.rs@ntlworld.com if you are interested.
The position with a description of "Get the Fleet CO a drink whenever he asks" is still open. :P
